Peanut Butter Cookies

What do we have today?

A short post.

But it’s cookies.

Cookies! So no one can be sad. Because everyone likes cookies.

I’m fully aware that I make more cookies than is usual. But there’s no such thing as too many cookies.

So enjoy a new recipe to try. -bows out-

Peanut Butter Cookies

Cream until fluffy:

1 cup soft butter

1 cup white sugar

1 cup brown sugar

1 cup peanut butter

2 eggs

1 tsp. vanilla

Stir together, then add:

2 1/2 cups flour

1 1/2 tsp. baking soda

1 tsp. baking powder

1 tsp. salt

Chill until firm. Roll into balls and flatten with a fork.

Bake 8 minutes at 375*F

Have fun with the cookies, guys!

’til the next post,

  1. SO many cookies. I need them. I must eat them.

(Also, I have seven people in my family so I need lots of cookies to feed them all ;D Thanks for the recipe!)

  2. Never too many cookies. *nods head vigorously* And especially with peanut butter. This recipe should be dedicated to Rachel Dankworth.
And that gif at the top is the BEST.

Any thoughts?
