Fort Christmas, Florida

Heeeyy folks,

Photo post for today. Everyone likes those, right?

Of course you do.

So, today we’ve got pictures from a little place in Florida called Fort Christmas. Old military fort and kind of a reconstructed, refurnished village thing nearby.

We’ve come a ways, haven’t we? Coast to coast pictures now.

Anyway, hope you like ’em!

Porch of one of the places inside the fort.

In case we didn’t get the memo about being in Florida, look, there’s a map.

Pretty, mossy trees over the wall.

Pretty, mossy trees not over the wall.

FOOD.

Fake food, actually. Still looks cool.

Just one cotton-pickin minute…

Nice little house with cool lighting.

Weeendow.

Probably a good place to mail letters to Santa…

Well, hope you guys enjoyed seeing those!

Which was your favorite? Ever been there?

Hope you guys have a good Sunday, and see ya next time. -wave-

  1. you almost had me laughing out loud in the middle of church with some of those captions…Weeendow….never going to read that word correctly again…
I love all of your pictures, it’s so hard to choose a favorite, although the post office one and the trees are probably my favorites. And the weendows…XD

  2. I love these! I really don’t know which was my favorite… maybe the mossy trees over the walls? I’ve never even heard of this place, and I’ve lived in Florida my whole life… so much for actually knowing things about my own state. =P

  3. Yo, Florida is my state! Yayay you took pictures of my treeeeeeees! Ummm I didn’t even know this place existed so that’s cool, lol. The tree pics were cool but I really liked the weeeeendow. 🙂

        1. I know. But I feel like writing would be more classified as my hobby I occasionally get paid for, but love doing as much as humanly possible? XD
          But yep yep. 😛

          1. That’s totally relateable. (How do you even spell that word?) I don’t not have interests, I just have too many to pursue them all in the same career field. So I’ll probably have a lot of hobbies I occasionally get paid for.

  4. The mossy tree NOT over the wall is my favorite for sure. 😀
And I agree with Jordan up there—your captions are SO unboring. I love them.

  5. Hey, WriteFury, you have been tagged. Its up on my blog, and I should really go figure out what its called. Something about Words and Letters, maybe? Any who, its easy, so maybe that will encourage you. 😉
